How much does an apprenticeship cost for employers?For most employers, apprenticeships are heavily subsidised through government funding. If your organisation pays the Apprenticeship Levy, this funding can be used to cover training costs. Non-levy-paying employers typically pay just 5% of the training costs, with the government covering the remaining 95%.
